Origin City is the natural extension of our family business, bringing generations of farming heritage from pasture to plate. Rooted in a deep respect for the land, our family farm provides the foundation for everything we do, allowing us to create an authentic nose-to-tail dining experience that celebrates provenance, sustainability, and exceptional British produce.

From the food and drink to the interiors, Origin City blends British dining traditions with the rugged spirit of Scotland and the relaxed elegance of Provence. Every detail reflects our belief that great food begins at the source.

Our connection to farming gives us a unique understanding of the journey from field to fork. Guided by a philosophy of great taste with no waste, we honour the whole animal through a true nose-to-tail approach, showcasing both prized cuts and often-overlooked ingredients in dishes that are thoughtful, creative, and full of character.

The menu celebrates the best of British cuisine, reimagining beloved classics while remaining firmly connected to the values that have shaped our family for generations. At Origin City, every dish begins long before it reaches the plate.

Our wine list is small but refined, with award-winning wines from a variety of boutique producers, including our own family vineyard, Château De La Cômbe. Located in Provence, where warm sun, the salty sea, and a fierce Mistral breeze provides perfect (most of the time) winemaking conditions, for low-intervention, organic wines. We spent years lovingly restoring the chateau and estate, rebuilding the winemaking cave with state-of-the-art equipment and re-planting and tending to the vines, and it wasn’t long before our organic wines began winning international awards – a testament to quality winemaking in Provence.

Alongside our wines, our bar manager & mixologist, Giacomo, has curated an extensive drinks menu, boasting a wide selection of apéritifs, cocktails and digestives, as well as punchy vermouths, Scottish whiskies and amaro liqueurs.
