To mark the occasion, chef patron Graham Chatham has created a special four-course menu for £49, showcasing our exceptional Black Aberdeen Angus, raised on our organic family farm in Argyll, Scotland. Join us from Wednesday 23 to Wednesday 30 April for a week-long celebration of truly outstanding British beef.

The menu begins with a slow-cooked Beef Consommé served alongside a rich Oxtail Croquette, followed by a delicate Carpaccio of Beef with sweet mustard dressing, tangy pickles and shards of sharp Old Winchester cheese. For the main, enjoy Braised Beef Neck on a bed of wild garlic and parsley mash, braised shallot and a crisp, pickled onion ring. To finish, a luscious Tallow and Caramel Cheesecake paired with indulgent Guinness ice cream.
